Tracking legislation
shouldn't rest on one person.

Track your case files, personal and company documents, legislation and compliance in one place. When the law changes, you hear about it without looking.

No installation · No credit card

Open the Norma workspace — sign-in screen

One workspace instead of four separate tools

When legislation lives in one place, case law in another and the compliance list in a spreadsheet, the work piles up on you. Norma keeps all four together.

Every day

Scanned three times a day

The Official Gazette is scanned three times a day; newly published legislation is picked up automatically and you get an alert when a document you follow changes.

One query

Legislation and case law together

See the decisions on an article while you are reading it. No more searching in two separate systems.

Automatic

Change → compliance task

When legislation changes your compliance list updates itself and the task lands with the right person.

How it works

No installation, no servers. You start the day you open an account.

1

Choose the legislation that concerns you

Create folders for your sector and mark the documents you want to follow. You can upload your own documents too.

2

Norma checks every day

When the Official Gazette is published, the system scans it. If a document you follow has changed, you get an email — you don't go looking.

3

Turn the change into a task

See exactly what changed article by article, assign an owner, set a deadline. Everything done stays on record.

Ask your question, skip the searching

Norma AI reads both the legislation and your own documents — and shows you which document the answer came from.

Answers with sources

Each answer shows the document and article behind it, so you can tell a real provision from a made-up one — click the source and read it.

Together with your documents

A contract or case file you upload joins the search. Legislation and your own document meet in the same question.

MCP support

Connect to Norma straight from the AI client you already use, such as Claude, and bring Norma into your own working environment.

Your data stays yours

Company documents are protected by permission boundaries and you decide who sees what. Confidential documents stay closed even to administrators.

Who uses Norma?

Tracking legislation isn't a profession — it's a burden carried by many. Norma was written for the people carrying it.

Compliance and regulatory specialists

You hear about it when legislation you follow changes, and the change turns straight into a compliance task. No more updating a spreadsheet by hand.

In-house counsel and lawyers

Legislation, case law and your case file on one screen. While reading an article you also see the decisions on it — without logging into two systems.

Accountants and auditors

Don't miss changes in tax, social security and commercial legislation. Open a folder per client and assign tasks to the right people.

Quality and management system officers

The legislation behind standards such as ISO 9001, 27001 and 37301 changes too. Norma catches the change and turns the documentation update into a task — when the audit comes, what was updated and when is on record.

Company and SME managers

You may not have a dedicated compliance team. Norma tracks which legislation applies to you and opens what needs doing as a task.

Who holds your data, and who can see it?

Trusting a corporate document system requires a clear answer to that question. Here is ours.

You set the permissions

Who sees which folder, who can upload, who can assign tasks — all role-based. A user only sees the folders opened to them.

Confidential really means confidential

A case document marked “assignees only” stays closed even to the company administrator. External participants are never shown company documents.

Every action is logged

Who accessed which document when, and what they changed — an audit trail is kept. In a dispute, “who did this” never goes unanswered.

It runs on your own servers too

For organisations that don't want their data to leave, Norma can be installed on your own servers. Your data then stays on your servers and is not sent to Norma; with a local language model, AI questions do not leave either.

Every answer shows its source

Norma AI shows the article and the court decision behind each sentence; click a source and read the text yourself.

What does a search actually look like?

The recording below is not sped up. What you see is how long it really takes.

1

Type the number, land on the article

Typing “4857 25” is enough — article 25 of the Labour Law opens straight away. No result list to wade through.

2

Who cites this article?

The query “4857 madde 17 atıf yapanlar” lists the documents and the court decisions citing that article, side by side.

3

Go into the source

Open a document from the list and the citation is highlighted inside the text. Which provision rests on what becomes visible at a glance.

What does the compliance side look like?

When legislation changes, you assign what needs doing: owner, deadline, status. Even people outside the company can take part without opening an account.

Frequently asked questions

If something else is on your mind, write to us and we'll answer.

What exactly does Norma do?

It brings three jobs together: it scans the Official Gazette every day to catch legislative changes, makes that legislation searchable alongside case law, and turns the changes into compliance tasks your team can track. You can add your own documents to the same workspace.

How does it track the Official Gazette?

When the Official Gazette is published, the system scans it automatically and adds newly published legislation to the corpus. If a document you follow has changed, you receive an email alert. You never have to check the Gazette yourself.

Which legislation and case law are covered?

The corpus covers laws, presidential decisions, regulations, communiqués, circulars and board decisions; repealed provisions are marked separately so they are never confused with the ones in force. On the case law side it includes decisions of the Court of Cassation, the Council of State, the Constitutional Court, regional courts of appeal, the Court of Accounts and the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes.

Can I upload my own documents?

Yes. You can upload contracts, case files, internal policies and similar documents. They are searched together with legislation; when you ask the AI a question, both the legislation and your own documents are considered in the same answer.

Can I trust the AI's answers?

Every answer shows the document and article it relies on; you can click the source and read the text yourself, so verification stays in your hands. Norma does not give legal opinions — it finds the source and speeds up the reading.

Where is my data stored?

In the cloud setup your data is held on servers we operate, protected by permission boundaries. For organisations that do not want their data to leave the building, Norma can be installed on your own servers — your data then stays on your servers and is not sent to Norma. AI conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Where are my questions to Norma AI sent?

Unless your organisation uses a local language model, your question and the relevant passages needed for the answer are sent to the language-model provider that generates it (e.g. Google, Anthropic), and the answer is produced there. When you ask about your own document, the relevant parts of that document are sent as well. On demo accounts, questions and generated answers may be reviewed to improve the quality of Norma's answers.

Is any installation required? Does it work on mobile?

No installation is needed in the cloud — you start from the browser the day you open an account. iOS and Android apps are ready and will be in the stores shortly; you sign in with the same account.

Can I connect to Norma from my own AI tool?

Yes. With MCP support you can connect to Norma directly from an AI client such as Claude and query legislation and case law inside your own working environment. Your company documents are not yet available over this connection.

How do I get started?

Open an account, pick the areas of legislation that concern you and start following them. No credit card, no installation. You can add modules later as your needs grow.
